How our uniform programme adapts to your changing business

April 02, 2018

If you’re considering a uniform rental programme for your business, you might be weary of how future structural or personnel changes will affect your financial commitment to such a programme. In the event of layoffs or high employee turnover, for instance, some business owners are reluctant to lock-in to particular prices or service agreements, knowing they may end up paying for something they no longer need.

At Australian Uniform Service, we’re well aware of the harsh realities of running a business, and we’ve designed our uniform rental programme with these uncertainties in mind. Here are a few ways we’ll adapt to the ebbs and flows of a living, breathing company:

Hassle-free removals / additions of employees

When you sign on with AUS, we won’t lock you in to a global flat rate. You’re only charged for what uniforms you need during a particular wash cycle. For example, if you have an employee leave the company for whatever reason, simply notify us of the change and return his uniform during the weekly pick-up. We’ll remove it from the rotation, and you’ll no longer be charged for it on your weekly invoice.

On the other hand, if you add employees to your company, just let us know and we’ll get his or her sizes and supply the new uniform as quickly as possible.

Quick and comprehensive uniform repair

All of our uniforms are held to the highest standards of toughness and durability, but at the same time we understand that damages are often unavoidable. Whether your uniform endures a tough, industrial stain or a run-of-the-mill tear, we’ll take care of it.

When your uniforms are collected each week (or however often you deem necessary), we’ll perform a comprehensive inspection and make repairs as necessary. If you have an exceptional or specific repair in mind, be sure to notify us during your scheduled pick-up. Note that items being repaired are usually returned with 7 days.

In short, we believe that uniform programmes should adapt to your business, not the other way around. We’ll work hard to make sure your employees are outfitted with fresh, clean uniforms each and every week. Contact AUS today to learn more! All of our locations (Queensland, Victoria, and NSW) have earned National HACCP Accreditation (c/o SAI Global Food Safety Codex Certification).
